Permanent Jobs Through Green Enterprise
Local micro-centres divert waste from landfills and create employment for community members. The model is not charity: it is infrastructure. Each centre generates its own income from recycled materials and repair services. When TCF steps back, the centre keeps running.

A field team combines a real-time household audit app with dedicated case workers. Families are identified at the household level — not the postcode. Support reaches the right door. Income pathways are created, not one-off payments that disappear without changing the underlying situation.
