Terms and Conditions for The Chowthee Foundation eCommerce Store

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by The Chowthee Foundation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any purchase of products/services from our online store.
By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.
If you are purchasing on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct any errors or omissions (including after an order is submitted).
Displayed colors may vary by device and may not be exact.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject for any reason, including suspected fraud/abuse or stock issues.
We will confirm receipt of your order by email. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product or otherwise explicitly accept the order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund you if we cannot fulfill them.

Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes as stated at checkout.

Our returns policy is: 14 days for eligible items in original, unused condition with tags/packaging.
Non-returnable items: [custom/personalized items, perishables, final sale items, opened hygiene products, digital goods, etc.].
To start a return, contact us at info@thechowtheefoundation.org with your order number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, excluding original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
If an item arrives damaged/defective, notify us within 3 days with photos for resolution.

Subscription products renew automatically at the stated interval unless canceled before the renewal date.
You can cancel via your account or by contacting us at info@thechowtheefoundation.org. Fees paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

Digital products are licensed, not sold. Licenses are non-transferable and for your personal/business use only as specified.
Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or redistribution is prohibited.

Promotions and coupons may have additional terms, including expiration dates and usage limits.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

You agree not to: violate laws; infringe IP rights; upload malicious code; engage in fraud, spamming, scraping, or reverse engineering; or interfere with site operations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The courts of Auckland will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer laws require otherwise.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, those laws may provide you additional rights.
